REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund/Exchange Policy
At Trenndy, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges:
1.β β Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Defective or Damaged Items Only: We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or broken at the time of delivery. In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or exchange the product as per the customer's preference.
No Return/Exchange for Incorrect Size: Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be processed for items where the customer ordered the incorrect size. We strongly recommend double-checking product measurements and specifications before completing your purchase.
2.β β Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges
4-Day Window: Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 4 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered, and the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3.β β Required Documentation
Unboxing Video: To ensure the return/exchange process is transparent and efficient, customers must provide a clear unboxing video. The video must show the condition of the product from the moment it is taken out of the packaging. This helps verify that the product was indeed defective or damaged during delivery.
Photographic Evidence: Customers must also submit clear images showing the defect or damage. The images should be high-quality and capture the defect from different angles to facilitate a proper inspection of the product.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the product. Failure to provide the original packaging may result in the denial of the return or exchange request.
4.β β Return/Exchange Process
Contact Customer Support: To begin the process, customers must contact Trenndyβs customer support team within the 4-day window. They should provide the required unboxing video, images of the defect, and the original packaging.
Review and Inspection: Our customer service team will review the provided evidence and assess whether the return/exchange request qualifies based on the criteria above. Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will guide the customer through the next steps.
Return Shipping: In the case of a return or exchange due to damage or defect, Trenndy will bear the cost of return shipping. If the product is not defective, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5.β β Refund Processing
Refunds for Eligible Returns: Once a product is returned and inspected, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment providerβs processing times.
6.β β Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products
Personalized or Custom Products: Items that have been personalized, customized, or made to order will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used (except for the defective ones) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
7.β β Exceptions
Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotional sales, special offers, or discounts may have separate terms and conditions for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the specific policy provided during the sale for more details.
